These terms govern the use of prodotti-digitali.net and the purchase of digital products and services. A complete Global version is being finalized; for any question in the meantime, contact us.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Prodotti-Digitali.net, also trading as PD Studio / PD Studio Digital Solutions (VAT IT02942000817). We sell instantly delivered digital products: downloads, templates, kits, courses, spreadsheets, SaaS access and activation services.

2. How you buy

Global catalog purchases are completed on Shopify (shop.prodotti-digitali.net). The contract is concluded at payment. Prices are shown in USD and you are charged in the currency indicated at checkout.

3. Digital delivery

Downloadable products are delivered right after payment via download link and/or email. If anything is wrong with a link, a code or a file, contact us and we will fix it.

4. Refunds for digital content

Because delivery of digital content begins immediately with your express consent, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available once delivery has started. If a product is defective or not as described, we will verify and replace it or issue a credit when due.

5. Fair use and license

Guides, templates, kits and downloads are licensed for personal use: reselling, redistributing or publishing them is not allowed. We may suspend orders or accounts in case of abuse or fraud.
